Albert Angrisani is President and Chief Executive Officer of Greenfield Online, Inc. Mr. Angrisani joined Greenfield Online/Ciao in September 2005 after the company experienced operating and financial difficulties. During his tenure as CEO, he led a turnaround that has resulted in the creation of more than $250 million of shareholder value.
Prior to joining Greenfield Online/Ciao Mr. Angrisani was President and Chief Operating Officer of Harris Interactive, Inc. (2002 - 2004), (Nasdaq: HPOL), a leading Internet marketing research company and parent of The Harris Poll TM . At Harris, Mr. Angrisani led a turnaround that increased shareholder value by more than $300 million over the two-year period. Prior to joining Harris, Mr. Angrisani was President and Chief Executive Officer of Total Research Corporation (1999 - 2002), (Nasdaq: TOTL), which he merged with Harris Interactive after overseeing the company's turnaround and a $100 million increase in its shareholder value.
Mr. Angrisani acquired his turnaround management skills through the successful execution of a variety of entrepreneurial challenges with organizations that specialized in working with distress situations, including the founding of Angrisani Partners LLC (1994 - 1999), a privately held concern that specialized in providing corporations with turnaround management services. Prior to that he was Managing Director of Princeton, NJ based TFG, Inc. (1993 - 1994), a turnaround group that specialized in the retail and transportation industries and Managing Director with Arthur D. Little, Inc. out of Cambridge, MA (1989 - 1993). At ADL Mr. Angrisani specialized in restructuring transactions for the financial services industry and was ADL's specialist to the Federal Office of Thrift Supervision in Washington, DC and the 1990 Savings and Loan industry "bailout".
Mr. Angrisani served in President Reagan's Administration as the United States Assistant Secretary of Labor and Chief of Staff (1980 - 1984). As second in command at the Department of Labor, Mr. Angrisani managed $33 billion in annual budget outlays and 10,000 employees. A key accomplishment engineered by Mr. Angrisani was the creation of the Job Training and Partnership Act ("JTPA"), a public and private partnership that saved billions of dollars and produced a more efficient federal training delivery system. In addition, Mr. Angrisani restructured the pension and welfare benefits administration and the federal unemployment insurance system.
Prior to serving in the Federal Government, Mr. Angrisani was a Vice President of Chase Manhattan Bank, in New York, (1972 - 1980). At Chase, he was the Strategic Planning Executive for the fee income business of the Chase Bank and Chase Investors Management Corp., including trust and fiduciary investments, pensions, private banking, corporate trusts, and stock transfers.
Mr. Angrisani received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Lee University in 1971, an APC in Accounting from New York University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Bob Bies is an entrepreneurial financial executive with over 24 years of progressive financial experience. Since 1997, Bob has raised over $220 million of funding in the form of private and public equity and debt facilities.
From 1999 to present, Bob has served as Greenfield Online's Chief Financial Officer and helped to guide the company's metamorphosis from a small venture-backed online custom research business to a publicly-traded online survey and comparison shopping business with over $120 million in revenue, $34 million in EBITDA. Bob helped to navigate Greenfield Online through critical periods of development culminating with his management of Greenfield Online's initial public offering in the summer of 2004. In addition, Bob oversaw the M&A process during 2005, in which five companies were successfully merged within the course of six months (Greenfield Online, Opinion Surveys, Rapidata, GoZing and Ciao!). Bob heads up Greenfield Online's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, investor relations and a world-class finance team. Bob and his team focus on helping to grow the company's businesses profitably and safely while maintaining Greenfield Online's entrepreneurial heritage.
From 1996 to 1999, Bob worked for the venture-backed ERP software and services firm The Janis Group, Inc. (JGI) as Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer, helping this company through very rapid metamorphosis and growth ($45 million to $100 million in revenues in two years) and the development of a unique diversified software, services and hardware product suite for the middle market.
From 1990 to 1996, Bob worked for Bionaire, Inc. Bionaire, Inc. was a publicly traded environmental-air-products company listed on the Montreal Stock Exchange which was merged into The Rival Company in May 1996. Starting in 1990 as Controller for Bionaire USA, Bob was promoted rapidly to Senior Vice President and General Manager, where he headed up sales, marketing, finance and distribution for the $40 million division.
From 1988 to 1990, Bob worked for Faberge/Elizabeth Arden as Controller, and led a team to integrate the two companies post-merger and helped prepare the company to be sold to Unilever in 1990.
From 1984 to 1988, Bob worked for Deloitte Touche in New York , NY where he served as senior auditor until 1988 and served such clients at Merrill Lynch, Kidder Peabody and Faberge/Elizabeth Arden.
Bob holds a B.S. summa cum laude from Long Island University (1982) and an M.B.A. with distinction from Hofstra University (1984) . He is a certified public accountant licensed in New York (1986).

Hugh Davis is Executive Vice President, and a co-founder of Greenfield Online. Hugh joined Greenfield Consulting Group in September 1992, and in 1994 he co-founded Greenfield Online with Andrew Greenfield. The company was a true industry pioneer at the time; one of the first to use the Internet to conduct marketing research. Hugh has been part of the executive management team since 1994 and has played significant contributing roles in growing the business from a two person start-up to a successful 600+ employee publicly traded company (Nasdaq: SRVY).
Today, Hugh spearheads global initiatives across the organization leveraging new technology to develop product offerings and create business efficiencies to grow the business. Accomplishments in this area include developed Patent # 6,256,663 for the online focus group (United States Patent: 6256663), Greenfield Online's Real-Time Sampling&trade capability and launched the company's Text2express.com wireless panel and numerous other product and technology advancements.
Hugh is an active participant in the research industry and has published numerous papers and is often an expert speaker on online data collection and new market research techniques.
Hugh earned a B.S. in Economics from Fairfield University.

Andy Ellis began his career working for Standard & Poor's Government Group as an economic consultant. Prior to joining Greenfield Online, Andy served as Vice President of Corporate Operations for the country's leading mall-based market research company, Quick Test/Heakin. While at Quick Test/Heakin, Andy's direct responsibilities included operational control over all sales, customer service, marketing, product development and information technology activities. Andy also served on Quick Test/Heakin's Executive Management Committee helping to steer strategic planning for the company. Andy joined Greenfield Online in 2003 as Vice President of Client Development managing sales activities for the company as well as working closely with clients to develop strategic partnering opportunities. In 2004 Andy took over day-to-day control of Greenfield Online's operations as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and joined the company's Executive Management Team. He remained in this role until early 2007 when he became Managing Director of Asia-Pacific and is now charged with expanding the company's reach into the world's fastest growing region. Andy received his BSBA from Creighton University, has served on numerous industry association task forces and has been a speaker at MRA conferences.

Jonathan Flatow has over 20 years of experience in legal and business operations. He joined Greenfield Online in March 2000 as the Company's Vice President and General Counsel. In 2008, Jonathan was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer, with responsibilities that include mergers and acquisitions, global human resources and legal affairs, in addition to his role as corporate secretary. Jonathan directs Greenfield Online's global legal organization and has been instrumental in the negotiation, structuring and closing of the Company’s mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, and commercial relationships. Jonathan is also globally responsible for all of Greenfield Online’s human resources functions, focusing on management compensation, performance management and succession-planning activities. Prior to joining Greenfield Online, Jonathan was a partner with the Westport, Conn., law firm of Wake, See, Dimes & Bryniczka, where he concentrated his practice in marketing law, business representation and commercial litigation. Jonathan earned a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and a J.D. from the Pace University School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the states of Connecticut and New York.
